Fees vary depending on your borough. 🔍 Live tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Want to track your delivery person on the map in real time? Log in before ordering: the map will appear in your personal space as soon as it's validated.

✍️ Information for the delivery person

For a smooth and fast delivery, remember to include the entry code, intercom, floor, apartment number, as well as any other useful information (for example: "leave in front of the door", "do not ring", etc.). If you do not leave instructions, no worries: the delivery person will call you upon arrival.

🔁 Returns and exchanges

We do everything we can to ensure that every order delights you from the first bite. But if something ever goes wrong with a product, just write to us. We'll look into it and find a solution. Food products are a special category, with specific rules. If you receive an item with damaged packaging, a past expiration date, or simply "not as described," please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.
